The room is spacious, and the bathroom is big too! Love the food from the restaurant in the lobby! The lobby is cozy, love it. Also, didn't expect this; the bellboy even helped us carry our luggage and open the Uber doors for us, making us feel like special guests. The most important thing was the location, location, location! Walkable to most of the tourist spots, very convenient!

We really loved this hotel! We traveled by car and found the valet parking service very convenient (it costs about $60 per day). Our room was huge, comfortable, and they even provided thoughtful extras like face masks. The staff was incredibly pleasant and welcoming. The hotel restaurant was a highlight—we had both dinner and breakfast there, and everything was delicious with excellent service. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

We loved everything about the hotel, from the hassle-free option to park our car for 10 minutes to check in and then drive to our pre-booked (off-site) parking spot, to the kindness of the service team. Breakfast at the on-site restaurant was wonderful—we went there every day. Be sure to book a room with a river view, as the others don’t have window seats, which are simply fantastic and really enhanced our stay. The rooms are equipped with yoga mats and small yoga weights, which we really appreciated. Everything was spotless, and the toiletries in the bathroom are great. The location is perfect for walking to the parks, the riverwalk, and the metra. A perfect stay—thank you so much!

Design and all the details! Fireplace! The face mask in the bathroom ) kettle for making tea, coffee machine. Size of the room and this incredible window sill where you can sit and look out over the city. Staff is super friendly! Last day they put popcorn in the hallway! )
