The hotel is very interesting. It was very clean and staff were very pleasant. You have an amazon echo in the room that you can use for room service and other misc things. Room service is delivered with robots which is something I've never seen done before and gives it a very unique experience. The breakfast is not included since it's served by their restaurant, so you order what you like.

This was an amazing hotel with such a chic sci-fi feel. The location was fabulous - off the doorstep to magnificent mile. The staff were all lovely and welcoming. The robots were entertaining and so impressive. The glass shower in the middle of the room and the decor were awesome. There’s a blues bar a short walk away called Blue Chicago which is a must!!!
