“Excellent location to explore Chicago downtown, take cruises and enjoy the riverwalk.”
Location: Excellent. Close to everything - Riverwalk, Wrigley Building, Tribune Tower, Magnificient Mile, Millenium Park and the Cruise Piers. Breakfast: A big plus. Tea/coffee: Always available in the lobby Staff: Frontdesk staff were prompt and helpful. Heritage building: The old motor club (AAA) building. We saw multiple tour guides bringing people to the lobby to show them around.

“Great hotel in central Chicago - ideal for St Patricks weekend”
The location was fantastic - close to the river and a short walk to bars and restaurants. Our room was a decent size and it was surprising how quiet the hotel was at night!

Comfortable hotel in a great location. The breakfast was good. A complementary coffee/tea station was open all day which we really appreciated during the cold January days!

The location is in a walkable distance to all the attractions in downtown Chicago. Their service was amazing too. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

“An exceptional stay in Chicago downtown.”
Well located in the downtown area easy access to any public transits. Luckily we were granted to check in very early after midnight flight from SFO.
