“Well located and comfortable.”
Maintenance of the room was fine since everything (plugs, ligths, safebox) worked. The beds are comfortable for seeping well. There are places to visit within walking distance. Breakfast is fine and have coffe all day.

“Great location, great staff, great breakfast,”
The staff were extremely helpful with directions and suggestions for services. The only bad thing was that my sister’s purse was ribbed while we ate at the Chipote’s restarsunt next door.

“Short stay in Downtown Chicago - handy for all the sights including a short walk to Navy Pier.”
Huge room on 34th floor with spectacular views of the city one way and Lake Michigan in the distance the other. Lovely big comfy bed and good bathroom facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the lady greeting guests at breakfast. Breakfast was plentiful and varied options.

Bedrooms were spacious and clean, comfortable beds, great shower. Location was fantastic. Gym was okay, pool wasn't open.

Staff were very friendly and kind. Not fancy, but a nice breakfast was provided. Location is very good if you are visiting the Magnificient Mile.
