“Great stay, fantastic location and apartment, building was very safe and secure with great amenities”
Fantastic location, 2 blocks from Michigan Avenue, L a minute away, great restaurants everywhere, 10/15 min walk to river. Apartment was clean with great views, very spacious for a family of 5. Gym was great, pool was closed as it was march/april. Reception staff very friendly and welcoming. Cloud 9 staff were very quick to answer any queries and helpful with recommendations

“Ideal location in Chicago”
The location was perfect. The apartment was absolutely magnificent and the staff were lovely. The facilities were also very nice. Truly couldn't have asked for a better accomodation for the 11 days spent in Chicago.

Very spacious, comfortable and in excellent location. Felt very luxurious. And watching a storm on the 24th floor made it seem spectacular. Chicago is a great place to visit and the apartment made it even more special.

“Fabulous 4 days at The Bernardin!”
The Bernardin is top class apartment at an excellent location very close to the magnificent mile in Chicago downtown. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, complete with amenities and utilities thoughtfully put together to ensure a very satisfying experience for our family. Little things that make a difference were already kept ready for our use and convenience. Would certainly like to stay here again and recommend to those seeking a fulfilling stay in Chicago!

Great location, great well maintained and stocked apartment - easy to communicate with the hosts and staff here very friendly and welcoming. The apartment is a great spacious place well maintained and well stocked. Actually booked this apartment - at the start and end of a trip here, and will definitely come back. The kitchen is well equipped to make meals, the apartment is very clean and comfortable- it was warm even on cold days without the heating needed to be turned on. The hosts are very accessible over messages and were quick to reply to my queries.
