“Excellent value - clean and quiet room”
Room was spotless and comfy. Location was very central but there was no noise at all through the window. Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful.

“Location excellent, everything else just fine.”
The location is excellent, on the same street and minutes away from the Art Institute and the Willis Tower, easy walking to other parts of downtown, train stations are nearby and lots of places to eat nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. Having the Elephant & Castle pub next door was very convenient for food, especially after coming in from our flight and the food and service was good. We didn't have breakfast there but I think there's some kind of deal.

The location was perfectly situated right in Downtown. Easily able to walk around and acceas the CTA plus a few mins to the Willis Tower. The staff were friendly and the chap who checked us in was amazing. The team brough us a fridge. Bed was as comfortable as any hotel. Cant complain about this stay!

We stayed at this hotel and were very satisfied with our experience. The location is excellent — everything is nearby and easy to access. The staff is friendly and always ready to help, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and we had a great night’s sleep. We also appreciated the quiet atmosphere and good sound insulation. The breakfast was delicious and offered a nice variety of options. Overall, the price-quality ratio is excellent. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.
