All the details in the apartment make the time there even better. The location is great, the space is great, the kitchen had all we need, but I insist, the details made it fantastic.

We liked the amount of space we received, it was very welcoming and the beds were very comfortable.

The apartment was a real home from home and perfect for us. Just a 5 minute walk and then a few stops on the L into town. We ate in Little Italy which is walking distance and also caught the L to Morgan which was a great suburb with great restaurants and bars. The apartment has everything you need and very comfortable. So lovely to stay out of town and be able to experience Chicago life outside of the city but also be so close.

Easy to park. Clean and well equipped. Nice quiet neighbourhood and near to L train station, short commute to downtown loop where most attractions are. Great commutation with the owner. Very easy to access and check out. The two bathrooms are a bonus. Easy 5 min walk to some local bars shops and restaurants. Clean and comfortable beds.

They thought of absolutely everything here. It was a real home from home and incredibly comfortable. We were surprised to discover that there were actually four bedrooms. There was a washing machine and dryer and lots of little extras to make our state smooth and easy. Great location, close to all the attractions but also in a real American neighbourhood.

We stayed at this property for just over a week. The property is in a great location, a couple of blocks from the pink line at Polk station. The host made everything extremely easy from checking in to checking out and provided coffees, teas, sweets and the kitchen has every thing needed if you decide to cook. The area is quiet and friendly and literally a block from Taylor Street where there are numerous places to eat and drink. We actually walked from the apartment to Willis tower on our first morning, (jet lag) and even that with our 12 year old took less than half an hour. Grocery store is minutes away. We as a family found the apartment was very clean and met all our needs and with four good sized bedrooms was ideal. Would highly recommend anyone thinking of travelling to Chicago especially with family to stay here and I know when I return I will be staying here again. Thank you to John for making everything extremely simple and messaging with updates before arrival and during our stay.

“Comfortable stay in cosy apartment”

Central location, a couple of miles from downtown. Bus 157 on Taylor Street and Pink- and Blue L-lines within walking distance to take you downtown. The apartment has anything a traveller, business or tourist, wants. Four small, but comfortable bedrooms with very good beds, two bathrooms and a living room. A jar with chocalates in the kitchen that my "sweet tooth" colleague almost emptied. And whenever I needed something in the apartment, either in the kitchen or the bathroom, it was always there without me having to search for it for longer than a few seconds. Four keys to the apartment, so my colleague and I could get out for separate business appointments, without the need to coordinate our coming and going. A host that is digitally available and when I had a small issue with noisy neighbours above me one night, responded immediately and solved the problem. And the neighbourhood is excellent. Safe an with many restaurants and bars just one block away. And the price, probably because it was February as well, was very low.

The property was perfect! We stayed for a week as a family of 6 (5 adults and 1 teenager). Super comfortable. The apt was clean, cozy, beautifully decorated and fully stocked with lots of goodies as well as tons of towels, sheets, bath robes, snacks, coffee, tea, creamers, as well as toiletries and cleaning products. Washer/dryer and 3 huge tvs with every app you could imagine. Great Wi-Fi too. Location was wonderful. Our street was super quiet but we were a block from Taylor street… the heart of little Italy so lots or cute restaurants. Very close to blue and pink trains and plenty of busses.

The location was great. Close to downtown but in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Convenient to public transportation. Some nice touches from the host, including snacks and plenty of coffee and tea options. Would recommend staying here over a hotel.

This appartement was better than any stay at a hotel. Many amenities, so comfortable, great taste in decoration and a huge plus were the two bathrooms. Great part of town. Short walk to the station, 15-20 Minute ride downtown. Parking passes included for the duration of the stay. Recomending this to everyone. Easy communication.
