Perfect place to stay one night in Chiayi. Next to popular night market. Room was simple, but I had everything I needed. Host was communicating well and very kind.

value for money, landlord even upgraded me a to a bigger room at 2nd floor due to my 2 large luggage difficult to carry to 3rd floor. if you carrying big luggage, do re-consider as the staircase was narrow and small. need about 10 to 15 min walking distance from the chiayi train station. other than some distance from train station, the hotel location to all the food amenities, mall and night market was super convenience. summary, you paid what you get. really feel like back to my aunt's home. homey feeling.

Wonderful touches (face mask, moisturiser, etc.) that were very homely. Hosts were warm with recommendations and local knowledge. They let us store luggage downstairs too!

Enya, the owner, was really helpful especially regarding my trip to Alishan and would message back very quickly! The room and bathroom was really clean. Everything was thought about including aircon and a fan in the room, tea, coffee and even complimentary skin facemasks. The property wasn’t noisy and I liked the location.

Location - situated around the mid-point of Chiayi TRA station and local sights (Alishan Forest Railway Garage Park, Hinoki Village, Song of the Forest) Landlady was very approachable and gave tons of advice from food recommendations and directions to buying bus tickets to Alishan. Amenities - very clean. Provided a lot of things that you would not expect, even from a hotel - makeup remover, toner, hair oil to name a few.
