“Clean and comfy hotel with good road access and great staff.”
Good location for access by car with underground parking. Very helpful and firendly staff. Room was fine. Evening restaraunt was very good.

The staff was helpful and the location is close to the train station. There’s a convenience store right across the street and a busy street with shops and food nearby. The breakfast was descent.

“Room smells of cigarettes”
It was located next to the massage that we booked and the breakfast was so good. They had all types of cuisines. Really looked forward to every morning's breakfast. Initially booked this place because I assumed we could walk to the station. But it was quite of a walk, around 15mins. Can't walk to the night market that's for sure. You could leave your luggage at the lobby (at own risk!) while you check out and explore the town.

We stayed one night on Alishan and returned to the hotel the next day. The counter staff were friendly and helped to store our luggage overnight. Good variety of food for breakfast
