Its a good place to stopover for a night before going to Alishan.

Location near to the TRA station. Washer dryer at low cost. Walkable to main attraction.

“Staff just takes your stuff”

Took a shower in the morning, hung my towel to dry in the room. When I came back in the evening, it was gone. When I went to the reception in the morning and told them it was missing and maybe someone took it when cleaning. The staff seemed really surpised like "your towel was stolen?". I told them I doubt anyone would steal a wet used towel. After some back and forth, he went to the room next to the reception, took out a trashbag, pulled out my towel and asked if it was mine and explained that he took it while cleaning. Not only does it seem incredibly bad to just take belonings of your customers to throw them away or whatever the plan was, but then to pretend to know nothing about it for quite a long time before giving it back. Tbh it this wasn't my checkout day I would've probably left since I don't think I would feel safe about my stuff after that.

Accomodation inside an apartment, for me a little old building but their unit seems renovated full. My room at 6th floor, provided with refrigerator, oven, tea, coffee and table at hall area, and the important is walking distance to Chiayi Train Station. Staffs who I met while morning or night really responsive to my questions and good in English also Everything went very good !

Bathrooms and toilets not that clean, otherwise for a cheap hostel, if you plan to go arround visit all the time it is worth it

Location is great, very close to the bus/train station. Next to a great veg restaurant as well. Beds are confortable, you have a small tablet to put your stuff, curtains and everything.

Self check-in was efficient without any problems, similar to other hostels in Taiwan. Staffs are friendly.

The location, 5min walk from the Chiayi station so convenient if you plan to get the bus to Alishan.

Room was great as shown in the photos, with a nice view, clean, comfortable and well furnished. Common dining area is also nice and cosy. Location is great, a short walk from the main train station. All digital locks so check out is fuss free.

“Nice place to stay, great location”

The room was very nice and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. They provided all amenities like towels, soap etc. They also asked if we needed a toothbrush. The check-in staff were very helpful, especially with payment. They also allowed us to leave our bags before the check-in time and helped us find a bus to where we wanted to go. I liked how the doors were all locked using a code, though it may be hard to remember at first, it is much better than worrying about loosing a key card.
