Set in a historic building in Sicily’s countryside, Villa Zottopera - Country Resort produces and sells its own olive oil. We had a fantastic stay and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and the accommodation. Marcello was an incredible host and we felt very welcome. 10/10, next time we come to Sicily we will come again. The breakfast was very good and with homemade food.

This place is absolutely wonderful, full of beauty and history. It’s run by an amazing family whose warmth makes you feel instantly at home. The food is simply outstanding, prepared fresh every day by the lovely Anne, whose cooking is beyond delicious. If I could, I would give it 100/10. I totally recommend this place! The owners also make their own olive oil and wine, which makes the experience even more special. We were there with our little dog, who could stay with us everywhere all the time – it truly felt like her best holiday too :)

“Relax atmosphere and good food!”
The breakfast and optional dinner were both rated 10/10 from Anna! The service was excellent, always delivered with a smile. The rooms included all the basic necessities and were fully air-conditioned. My boys enjoyed running around with the bikes and playing table tennis and basketball, in addition to swimming. It’s a lovely villa for escaping the busy and noisy life!

“Amazing and relaxing stay with family and good food ❤️”
The captivating serenity and tranquility of this place is truly mesmerizing. Furthermore, the delightful cuisine, prepared by Chef Anna using locally sourced, fresh ingredients and homemade products, is exceptional. During our visit, we had the pleasure of meeting with the estate owner, who provided an insightful tour of the olive groves, the Villa's produce, the vineyards, and the local agricultural offerings. The quality of both the olive oil and the local produce was truly outstanding!

Loved the staff, Anna and Anna as well as Giuseppe the owner. The apartment rooms are "old-world charm". Lovely stone floors, shutters and A/C in the bedrooms. We used the bikes, the pool, the table-tennis table. Anna's cooking was delicious. Every breakfast a feast of fresh food.

“A great place to stay in the country side to discover real Sicily”
The place itself. A 1790 old maseria that is now dedicated to enjoy the country side. A great place to rest with the family. Service was amazing by both Anna (reception) and Anna (cook). We enjoyed the stay and the atmosphere Food was real siciliana Homemade. Amazing both breakfast and Dinner

“Fantastic stay in villa with olive groves and vineyards”
We stayed in the double room deluxe. Although the owners closed the part to the kitchen, we had a very big bedroom, living room and and bathroom. The villa is in the middle of olive groves and vineyards and it's very silent. It has a beautiful swimming pool with fig trees nearby. It has free parking. The staff is incredibly friendly. They even cleaned, dried and ironed our clothes for free. The villa also offers a free visit around the estate as it's an olive oil producing villa with internationally award winning olive oil. It was very easy to communicate with the hosts who provided a lot of information about the area.

“Looking forward to go back!!!!”
We had a great time! The staff at the villa are lovely and the food and wine is exceptional! The Villa itself is a place of relaxation and tranquillity. When we needed to stay an extra night because of an unforeseen circumstance the staff supported us and immediately arranged for us to remain. It felt like being at home :) Our kids loved playing in the gardens and going out in the country for bike rides. We love this place!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Zottopera! This place is so cozy and beautiful. Anna, the hostesses’ great Italian food and especially the homemade pasta was just incredible! If you are looking for the authentic Sicilian experience, you should definitely stay at Villa Zottopera for a while 😊
