The staff at this hotel are incredible. Kind, genuine and thoughtful. You will have a memorable experience if you visit this place. The room was great and the food was so delicious that I did not eat out as much as I had planned! Thank you everyone :) People told me 3 nights in Chiang Rai was too much.... not when you stay at a hotel like this. I was sad to leave.

“Mora - a piece of paridise in a busy little city”

Mora was an amazing little Boutique hotel with a lot to offer, from the amazing rooms to the wonderful pool with the most beatiful team who looked after us so well. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot with great pressure and the suprise was a small sitting room which is appreciated after a few weeks of travel as sitting on a bed all the time is sometimes not the most comfortable and to have a small couch not in a bed room is a game changed.

Everything was great. Super friendly staff. Nothing was too much. They bring fresh fruit once you sit by the beautiful pool. 3 bottles of water in your room everyday, Showers are great. The water is warm. Room service etc.

Warm welcome from all staff - The frontline staff get a 5 star, and I can appreciate this is an asset to the hotel and tourists alike • As a yearly birthday treat, over the years we have stayed at over 15 Chiang Rai hotels. • Reasons for choosing Mora this year is because normally we feel it is over-priced but on this occasion the price was reasonable • Large parking area + charger but no cover or protection from the sun - this could easily be installed • Fitness room max 2-3 persons • Nice swimming pool and sit out loungers well equipped with attentive staff • Spa service available but as expected not competitive to outside hotel services

“Excellent hotel, very plush and great value.”

Stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed this hotel. Very clean, staff lovely. Rooms cleaned and refreshed every day. Pool area was sooooo comfortable and a dip to escape the heat was welcomed, complimentary plate of fruit at the pool was a nice touch. Breakfast was the best, Al a carte and buffet, so much to choose from and good quality.

The staff were amazing, the room had exactly what you needed to relax in comfort. Sitt8ng at the pool they came over with a plate of complimentary fruit to enjoy. Breakfast was superb with an a la carte order menu and a buffet to add to.

What a fabulous place! Exceptionally warm service, stunningl pool, an especially memorable breakfast, very comfortable and immaculately clean room. Love the decor , too - those huge pots and theframed photos and hiill tribe woven fabric on the walls, great job, Mora.

Loved the hospitality and the food ! They were extremely helpful and helped us organise the entire itinerary to move around . Can’t recommend them enough ! We stayed 4 nights and were very comfortable- Koong and the entire staff was very courteous.
