Overview
Le Meridien Chiang Rai Resort is surrounded by mountains, historic temples and hill tribe villages. Its three-level outdoor pool overlooks the Mae Kok River, while its Parvati spa provides massage treatments. The rooms have a large balcony and sofa which features views of the tropical greenery or river. All come with a flat-screen TV. Attached bathrooms include a separate bathtub and hot-water shower stalls. Le Meridien Chiang Rai Resort is 3 km from Chiang Rai Night Market and 10 km from the Hill Tribe Museum. It is a 15-minute drive from Chiang Rai Airport. Parvati Spa provides oil therapies and serves herbal drinks in the treatment rooms. Guests enjoy free access to the 24-hour gym. The riverside restaurant, Favola, serves classic Italian crusine available during lunch and dinner

“Typical "luxury" stay”
Breakfast is pretty good: a variety of food. Bath is nice to have too.

Convenient location near the airport, on tge outskirts of Chiang Rai. Very comfortable room on ground floor, with balcony overlooking water. Bath & shower. Good choice at breakfast with well-cooked omelettes. Didn"t use main resaurant in the evening, but Italian restaurant (Brio) was outstanding - plenty of choice for 3 nights. Hotel booked us taxis for 3 half day trips - a bit on the pricey side, but same (good) driver each day which helped. Don't miss the White Temple - not as crowded, even mid-morning, as reviews led us to believe. Entertainment in the morning of Chinese New Year.

Nice hotel in a huge garden by a river. The room had a terrace and was quiet. Breakfast was ample and tasty. Staff was very nice but sometimes a bit slow.

“Five star experience”
This hotel really exceeded our expectations. The room was perfect and the bed so comfortable. Breakfast was great and they had a very good selection. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

The room is very large and spacious. The resort overall gives a very calm and serene vibe. The staff are very warm and helpful. Overall, a very comfortable place to stay in Chiang Rai.
