We liked EVERYTHING about Villa Thai Orchid. The owners are super lovely and they go out of their way to provide exceptional service. Our stay was full of surprises, all day snacks, special coffee made to order in the morning and the icing on yhe cake was the complimentary laundry service. We highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at Villa Thai Orchid was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is exceptionally clean and very well organized, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. What we loved the most was their laundry service — it was such a thoughtful touch. They washed our clothes during the day and returned them in the afternoon, perfectly clean and with a fresh, pleasant scent. It really made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. Another highlight was the common area where coffee, other beverages, and delicious cookies were available at all times. This was incredibly convenient and added a warm, welcoming touch to our experience. We truly loved staying here and would highly recommend Villa Thai Orchid to anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly, and well-cared-for place to stay.

Absolutely everything! Kind and wonderful hosts, meticulously kept rooms, a great and quite yet convenient location, laundry included and a great snack bar. We arrived rather worn out from our overnight train trip and were greeted with smiles, welcomes and iced coffees! If only booking.com allowed us to rate 11/10s! As a 60+ yo traveller who has spent a lot of time travelling in my life, it is now in my ‘top 10’ of places I have ever stayed at!

All the previous positive reviews are absolutely true. The staff genuinely go above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful stay, always kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful. After an accident, my sneakers were very dirty, and the staff offered to wash and dry them, which they did perfectly. This level of care truly says everything about their service. The complimentary water, juices, and snacks were also very much appreciated and made us feel extra welcome. The accommodation is spotlessly clean, very well maintained, and located in a perfect location in Chiang Mai. On top of that, the price–quality ratio is excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book this accommodation again. Highly recommended!

This was such a beautiful place! We felt so welcomed and at home at this place. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. They gave us free shoes when arriving, helped us after being bitten by mosquitoes, restaurant recommendations and overall were very lovely during our stay. So clean that even a full 5 star rating doesn’t feel enough. The location is perfect and the staff are genuinely extremely kind and friendly. You can really feel their sincerity. There is no elevator so it might be difficult for elderly guests but aside from that this place is absolutely the best.

Super clean, modern and very friendly staff. Even though there is no breakfast included, you can help yourself to snacks, drinks and tea/coffee in the reception area all day long.

“Excellent place in the heart of Chiang Mai”

Everything about Villa Thai Orchid was truly exceptional. The staff was very welcoming and provided excellent service. We arrived very early in the morning and left for a full-day excursion right away. Although it was long before the check-in time, we could use all the facilities, leave our laundry and even have some snacks and water in the lobby. When we came back late in the evening, our bags were already in the room and clean laundry was waiting for us. When we were leaving, the hosts also helped us with the transfer to the railway station. The villa is very clean and hiding in a quiet street very close to the city centre. If we ever come back to Chiang Mai, we will definitely stay at the villa again.
