They staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the location was great, the room was clean and comfortable with a lot of character, and the grounds were beautiful. The breakfasts were delicious, and I like the fact that you can order it and decide where and when you want to have it. We tried their lunch/dinner menu and everything we had was great! The arrival was super easy with so much information, we felt very at home, and the staff were happy to help with anything we needed

Landscape, atmosphere, swimming pool, friendly staff

The staff were exceptional and very friendly. They helped me organise a trip to the elephant sanctuary and arranged airport transport for me on the way back. They also let me check in early and check out late. The location is beautiful, next to the Ping river where you can paddleboard or kayak or rent a bike.

Amazing stay. Tranquility away from the city. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. Value for money was amazing. Definitely recommend if you want peace as its only a cheap taxi ride into central Chiang Mai.

“Good hotel away from the crowds.”

Great suite although it wasn't what we expected. We had expected it to be ground floor with a large outside area. It was at the top of the hotel up a narrow staircase. No lift. Staff were amazing. It was lovely to sit outside in the garden. There was confusion over transport into town so they ordered and paid for a taxi. Real customer focus.

The list was endless. It was just an amazing place to stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble, certainly went above and beyond the call of any Hotel Location was amazing right on the river.

We enjoyed the peaceful settling looking out to the river .nice to have breakfast each morning . The rooms were lovely .

It was my 3d time staying at this hotel, it’s just the best hotel ever. The staff are always so friendly, the garden and the pool are amazing and waking up to eat breakfast next to the river under the trees is something else..

“Riverside Gem”

The staff were exceptional. The young women who checked us in explained how we could use the facilities (shared coffee/dinning area, kayaks, fishing, bikes etc). She told us how to order our breakfasts and gave us a local map. The grounds of the hotel are lovely with the breakfast served on the riverside. We were in a ground floor room with a view of the garden and river. The room was very clean and a good size with a small area at the front with a couple of chairs and a table. The pool area was nice with pool towels provided for you to use. 7/11 just down the road. We were very impressed and would definitely recommend it to others.

“Very comfortable and peaceful place to stay”

Our family loved that it was secluded and away from the city. Beautiful garden and views, fantastic swimming pool and friendly staff. With Villa San Pee Seua location a bit far out of the city, taxis in the area were not as plentiful or readily available around the accommodation - can be over half an hour wait for a Grab taxi during peak season. However the complimentary shuttle into town in the morning was handy and it was always easy to catch a Grab/taxi from the city back to the accommodation. There are not too many options within short walking distance for food. The accommodation also allowed you to have food delivered to the property and provided plates and cutlery to use in the communal dining area. Highly recommend ‘Ann & Mom’ restaurant for amazing and great value meals.

Very lovely stay outside of the city. Was nice to come back here to relax by the pool after a busy day site seeing. They have free shuttles twice a day into town so made it very easy to get around. Very comfortable, will definitely be back! Thankyou!
