A fantastic location in the old city - the main sights are all easy walking distance. The room was quite small, but well appointed. Despite being very central, the room faced the back and was therefore extremely quiet.

You could find everything around the hotel it was very central and the rooms were clean as well as big. We were specifically very happy with the bathroom as it was modern and big

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. Right in the centre of Chiang Mai, all cultural highlights are within walking distance (the Wat Phra Singh Woramahawihan temple is actually just in front of the hotel). The hotel is spread over several buildings. As my room was in the villa building in a side street, and not in the main street, it was very quiet. The room was comfortable. The good thing about Chiang Mai is that because it is not too hot, you can always open the windows.

The staff were really helpful with everything, including late check-in, motorbike rental, and luggage storage after checking out.

I stayed for one night arriving in the evening with an early check out the next morning, all was good, nice spacious room. Staff were friendly.

Great location !! You can walk everywhere in chiang mai from the hotel. It is super quiet during the the night and the room was very spacious. The staff was welcoming, however, the level of English is not always up to the mark, but you get more opportunities to improve your Thai :)

The welcoming staff was amazing. We arrived early in the morning via overnight train from Bangkok We were able to leave our bags and they took our bags to our room when they were ready. The manager/owner was especially helpful when we asked about your with our booked driver. She helped us to explain to the driver and was very good in explaining the trip. Just like living with a family.
