“Great experience”

Spacious and we enjoyed the privacy. Waling distance you can wandering around nimman area. Nice cafe surrounding. Staffs are nice.

Awesome place in a fantastic location. Really spacious and comfortable with a lovely private pool. Breakfast, which was included for everyone, was great. Fab staff who gave us a lift to the airport for free when we left. Perfect for larger groups. Can’t recommend this place highly enough. They even had karaoke equipment!

The villa is spacious and maintained to a high standard. It was cleaned on a daily basis during our stay. The sitting room is comfortable and large enough for 8 persons. The dining room and open kitchen are likewise clean, large and user-friendly. There is a barbecue stove near the swimming pool and we enjoyed a wonderful evening of pool-side barbecue. The host, Mr Pollapat Kantaputra and his wife are nice, very friendly and extremely helpful. We had had our breakfast in the hotel next to the villa. It is very convenient and the food was also good.

Super friendly and helpful staffs and owners. Great location (heart of Chiang Mai's popular district: Nimman) close to several known bars & resto's. Very well equipped house e.g. baths, large TV's with Netflix, wifi, private swimming pool, washing & drying machine, oven, microwave, real kitchen, big fridge, etc. The breakfast can be requested e.g. various types of eggs, pancakes, french toast, ... the staffs are more than happy to help you.
