The apartment was so beautiful in every way - the view is next level and the decoration was so thoughtful and pretty. The room has everything you need a - kettle, TV, stand for laptop, fridge, an air purifier, air conditioning and a sink. It is very clean and the owner kept stocking the fridge with so many bottles of water I didn’t even need to buy any during my 16 day stay. There is a laundry shop downstairs and is within walking distance to everything in the area so my stay was perfect.

Spotless and exactly as described. The location worked perfectly—just off Nimman, so easy to get to everything but without all the noise. Also well-positioned to avoid Nimman traffic if you know your way around. The apartment itself is simple but very well put together—everything you need without anything unnecessary. I was in Chiang Mai briefly on a work trip but would absolutely stay here long-term if I needed to. No complaints at all.

Great location in the heart of Nimman, close to cafés and shops but still quiet. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a beautiful view over the city and mountains. Easy check-in, good facilities, and excellent value for money. Would happily stay again.

1. The apartment is located in the bustling Nimman area, making it very convenient for dining and massages. 2. Ae is a highly responsible landlord who is always attentive to our needs and provides timely and practical assistance. 3. The apartment is well-equipped and comfortable, offering good value for the rent. We rented two rooms on the 8th and 10th floors, which provide great views. 4. Next time we visit Chiang Mai, I will choose this place.

Room was spacious and the sofa bed was very comfortable for 2 people. View was nice and location was great.

Accommodation was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The separate areas for kitchen, dining and living from the bedroom were done nicely. For the price, this was the biggest room we had seen. We were provided with bottled water, soft drinks, light snacks and coffee during our stay. The mountain view from the room was impressive. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleaning services provided (twice during our 5 days stay) as we did not expect that from staying in a self contained apartment. The location is very convenient to get around Nimman. There were plenty of cafes, massage places, convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Laundromats were also downstairs. Aeh was very helpful and communicative.

Great location, comfortable and modern apartment. Helpful host with everything you need for a good stay. We were a group of 4 and the apartment was a good size. Lovely rain shower, big fridge and spacious bedroom.
