Great place to stay close to the airport & accessible to the markets & action of Chiang Mai. Staff were always very friendly & helpful. Great pool for cooling off. Travelling with 2 kids during songkran- awesome location- near everything but felt super quiet/ chilled. We had an amazing time- would love to return and definitely recommend to other people. Staff lovely and food good and reasonable. Pool is very welcome in the heat and rooms were lovely. Close to lots of markets/ temples/ moat etc etc Much nicer even than the photos! 10/10.

Lamphu House completely won us over. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive and genuinely lovely. The kind of team that makes a place feel special beyond just the bricks and mortar. The location is brilliant. Taxis and transport are easy to arrange, and having pickup and dropoff right outside the door makes everything that bit smoother when you're navigating a new city. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, and ours came with a beautiful balcony with a really lovely view. Reception was always available whenever we needed anything, and little touches like bike hire and free luggage scales show they've thought about what travellers actually need. A note for anyone booking in the near future: the pool is currently closed for refurbishment. Worth checking ahead, as it may or may not be back depending on when you visit. What I will say is that the way the hotel handled it tells you everything about how they operate. They flagged it months before our stay and went above and beyond throughout to make sure we felt looked after, even arranging and covering our airport transfer. That level of care isn't something you come across often. Genuinely a beautiful place run by genuinely great people. We'd go back without hesitation.

Central old town with the night market two minutes walk away. Amazing reception staff who helped us book trips, taxis etc. Onsite food reasonable and tasty.

“Amazing staff and affordable accommodation”

I have no bad things to say about the hotel, I am amazed! For the value we paid, we were pretty satisfied, clean, confortable room and bathroom. The location is pretty central, and for our surprise is just close to the Sunday market. There is a laundry place just by, as well as good restaurants. The staff was always very friendly and available for any questions. When we needed to leave early, they would prepare a box to us, upon request on the previous day.

Hotel is good and provides excellent value. Location is perfect. Despite arriving before 8 AM staff were very kind and allowed me to check into my room without an extra charge. The pool is quite nice and very well kept. Breakfast is simple, but also cheap. Again, the staff are extremely kind and accommodating, they are the best thing about the hotel. 100% recommended.

The location was excellent , a few steps from the hotel, shops including 7/11 on the corner . The hotel is in the old town , a few steps to the nearest temple. After night trip early in the morning , we were offered to take a shower , change clothes and leave our luggage until chek-in.

Second time I stayed here. Room is great, swimming pool is great. Location is great. There are several liflve music bars close by and also great breakfast restaurant around the corner.

“It was an okay stay”

The location of the hotel was great, surrounded by many temples and you can visit these temples by foot. The hotel is in an alley so it was quiet. It also located very close to Sunday walking market.
