“Perfect calm stay with incredibly enthusiast and helpful owner.”

The owner was incredibly helpful, warm and kind. We only booked for two nights but stayed almost a week, whilst arriving without any expectations nor plans. The recommendations for our trip were perfect and we would follow blindly. We visited recommended places by the owner in and around Chiang Mai that were really beautiful and less touristy.

Peaceful and relaxing hotel, 15mn from downtown by motorbike. The hotel is pretty small and very cosy so it creates a nice family mood, there is a beautiful pound and shared area with koi fish. The room was nice and the host is amazing. He adviced and shared some spots and locations that really matched our attends. We will definitely comeback and recommand the place !

A beautiful place to stay, so relaxing and quiet! Nom is amazing, he sat with us and helped us with a trip. He even got up early to cook us breakfast before we went out on our trip. Good room with everything you need. Very peaceful and beautiful place. The guy who runs it is so so friendly and helpful, so helpful getting us bikes etc. Breakfast is basic but good. A bit outside from the old town but that suited us well, cafes, cool shops and some restaurants in walking distance.

Such a great experience! Kittawan is so peaceful and the advice given by the host was amazing. He helped us plan two days of things to do, even arranging a tour for us on the second day. If you need any advice about things to do in and around Chiang Mai, this is the place to stay.

Non is such an amazing host, he went above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly for us. Love his place, so quaint and charming - I'm so glad we got to stay at his place and will def come back.
