Great location. Friendly staff. Breakfast was decent. Pool, gym etc a bonus. Room was fantastic: kitchen, lounge room with smart TV, good internet, lovely bathroom with bath, dining table etc. Everything we needed and more. Cot provided was good.

The staff were very helpful ☺️ we were able to get an early check in after arriving via night train. It was very kind as we had a tired grumpy 4 year old with us. The pool was lovely and breakfast was enjoyable. Location is easy to walk to most areas or grab a tuk tuk.

“Surpassed my expectations”
Being my first time in Chiang Mai i loved this hotel, the location is great its inside the old city, there are bars just around the corner, a really nice restaurant next door and loads of temples around. The room was nice and big with a hugeeee bed, hot tub and shower, great big smart tv and probably the most complete room i was ever in Thailand. There was fridge, microwave, indoor slippers outdoor slippers, umbrellas even a scale. If you smoke there is a table outside with 2 chairs just for you to use and also a pool and a garden. Staff is very friendly and can help you book all the tours and you'll be collected straight from your hotel door. The breakfast was really nice and you can choose how you want your eggs as they are cooked to order. There is a very cool night market with live music just 5 minutes walk. I really loved this hotel and definitely coming back.
