Service by the staff were more than exceptional. There were a lot of them and they're all young, energetic and sociable, always attentive to the movement of guests in and out and never hesitate to say Hello or engage in a conversation. Room is very comfortable, spacious and clean. Location is great - just a little outside of the busy areas, yet walkable distance. There are numerous amenities nearby and also restaurants. I requested for early check in and I arrived at 10am. After doing the check in, the staff invited to have breakfast, which normally is only for the following morning. This is the first time I was offered breakfast on the day of check in.

Lovely 3 night stay. We had a fabulous room at the top, so great views. Spotlessly clean 👌 Fantastic choice at breakfast and in a fab location. As with all the BED hotels we have stayed in, the staff are just the best 🥰 so sweet and helpful. We are staying again whilst in CM and would highly recommend all the BED hotels without hesitation.

“The best experience of our stay in Chiangmai”

We were excited to stay at the Bed in Nimhan we were so delighted the minute we walked in to the Hotel. The staff greeted us and made us feel welcome straight away, our room was super clean modern and fresh. And a very comfortable bed which is not always easy to find in Thailand. The breakfast atmosphere and selection was just perfect, the nice spoil is coffee and tea in reception and a few nice treats in the way of snacks, l lovely gesture is the bottled water you get free. There was a fridge of bottled water on our floor, it’s a quiet street and walking distance to a wonderful selection of restaurants and activities. A personal thank you to the staff for making our stay so nice. If we come to Chiangmai will always come back, this is an adults only Hotel and that was a big bonus for us especially at holiday times. We have been to Thailand for over 20 years stayed at more expensive places but this places deserved more than five stars, such a great nice experience. We will never forget our time here.

STAFF Jerome is the BED BOSS! He delights in nothing more than the comfort of the guests as well as the general education and enrichment of his team. Wansuk is such a hospitable and attentive coach to her staff… and thanks for the thoughtful gift for us! Bom is almost like our personal butler! Making coffee for us and and giving us tips about Chiangmai Dimitri is a Russian livewire! Very enthusiastic about his work and pronouncing all the Thai names of the different desserts crisply! Miei is a lovely girl who sent us off to our next destination hotel in the nicest way! And the rest of the staff always have a smile on their faces when they greet us! BREAKFAST Chef Max and his cooking team give 100% Maximum attention to the BF spread every morning. His desserts are a real delight for us, and every night we would wonder what he’ll have in store for us the next morning! POOL lovely pool in a lovely green setting, not the biggest pool but one that gives a decent workout. We lounged by it everyday HOTEL SLOGANS We don’t know who’s the wise guy who came out with all these BED slogans, but they’re hilarious and reflect a really fun jolly hotel! I don’t think we’ve ever come across a hotel like that where everything comes together so well — “Chapeau” to the entire team!!! We were totally gobsmacked🤪🤪🤪
