Very clean, very calm, A little bit outside of Chiang Mai Old town, but reachable by Bolt/TukTuk. Very friendly staff, good Thai Food at the restaurant. Minibar was included and was refilled very day

Welcoming Staff, friendly, polite and very accomodating. Will be returning soon. Thanks so much everyone i had a great Holiday! For that "public figure" "Otoole" who has a bad comment for every single outlet of the Hotel and members of staff, who feels entitled to give orders and to decide who should be the manager, why dont you book at the Marriot or Shangri La next time if you expect 5 star service in a 4 star boutique hotel? Why you feel everyone should be speaking fluently English? Perhaps learn some basic Thai next time you go Chiang Mai! Even expecting changes made for next time he or she is in town, who are you? I call that rudeness, people like you with so much ego should not leave their homes!

“Peaceful relaxing stay”
We had the white elephant suite, it was massive and luxurious with a jacuzzi bath and we had a private terrace with sunbeds. It was so peaceful and relaxing, great views of the river,lovely food for lunch and dinner. A great place to come as a couple for a quiet restful break.

The food, restaurant and complimentary afternoon tea are absolutely one of top quality places. Quality of ingredients, taste and plate display are impeachable, perfect! All staffs are very professional also they look so happy with their job. Always helpful and polite and very kind. They willingly help even sometimes it is a bit off their way, so impressed by that!! We have a chance to meet the owner, he is so polite, so humble and so kind. No doubt this place is in the top range of best hospitality business. What a real gem.

“Lovely hotel by River Ping”
Front desk staff always greet us with room keys ready when we return from daily outing/tour. Breakfast is good. Restaurant menu has good variety of choices from western to Thai.
