This hotel has everything you need. Great friendly helpful staff..Excellent location beautiful views. Many amenities, such as electrical bikes to hire at great rates .marble pool with a jacuzzi and hot Japanese mineral pools, and some awesome restaurants with good local Thai and western dishes and also serve a top notch breakfast 😋

Cottage style room with one neighbour. Small bathroom. We had a balcony looking over Mekong which was great. Onsen was beautiful and hot. The resort itself is lovely - the pool and bar area get a special mention. Thin walls with neighbours. Dined at restaurant for dinner - worse meal so far in 10 days. Buffet breakfast was okay (coffee terrible) but egg station was good. It was a good place to stay before crossing over into Laos.

Personal kind and helpfull

“Was ok for a 1 night pre-cruise stay but would go somewhere else to eat.”

Hotel itself was good but some of the public areas let it down and could do with a bit of a tidy up (especially garden areas). Room was comfortable and had everything needed for a short overnight stay, including tea/coffee making facilities and good sized mini fridge, but could do with a refurb. Stayed in one of the garden rooms with balcony overlooking the river rather than main hotel so it was nice and quiet; main hotel and pool area was a bit noisy in the evening. Excellent swimming pool with fantastic view, alongside the river, which was why we chose this particular hotel (cool swim after a long hot day of travelling). Food options not great and would definitely not eat here again - mediocre breakfast and very slow service in restaurant and bar areas - had to wait 45 minutes for a tasteless and very cold bowl of spaghetti bolognaise which arrived just as my partner was finishing his meal and with no apology or explanation.

It was a lovely setting and we looked over the Mekong River to Laos. The staff were kind. Good breakfast buffet.
