Nestled among the vineyards of Cheverny in the heart of the Loire Valley, next to Chambord, Blois; Chaumont sur Loire and Beauval; Troussay B&Bs are an invitation to a unique rejuvenating experience where simplicity, peace, silence and authenticity await you. 4 unusual B&B rooms with a self-service simple continental breakfast of brioches; coffee, teas, butter, milk, jams, cereals, juices, and two independent cottages; one for 4/5 people, and the other in a cottage for 2 without breakfast. Recycling and ecology Our commitment to the planet is reflected in every detail, elements such as construction materials have been recycled and Chinese with a view to non-consumption and with a recyclable and sustainable nature. The furniture is mismatched; inherited from places in flea markets ; it offers an authentic and unique character; each room is imbued with the soul of the place; the owners being very attached to this notion of intangible heritage and tradition. Resources The vast gardens of the cottages, each 1000 m2, invite relaxation and well-being. Convenient access To facilitate your arrival and stay; we have set up a dematerialized reception; allowing free access and departure to B&Bs and cottages and self-catering breakfast. Arrival is advised between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. and pets are welcome.

“A cosy quiet stay in the grounds of a lovely chateau.”
Very authentic and traditional room with shared kitchen dining room. The staff were very helpful on arrival. Free parking. The bedroom was small compact. With shower behind the room divider, very strong shower. Use of fridge and was lovely grounds to walk in.

This is a most charming location, a very special place with a long history. The people met were lovely. But you need to enjoy to stay in an old building of a "Chateau". A bit of an adventure, a bit haunted, lots to discover....do not expect great luxury. But if you choose such a location you do not want luxury. You enjoy the touch and feel of a historic place.

“A good place to stay if you are a lover of history, and want to get a feel of authentic 19th comfort”
It says in the Michelin Guide to the Châteaux of the Loire (p. 136) that an evening meal is offered (for 48€). This was not the case.
