Nice big rooms, right by the promenade and close to the food stalls in the evening. Juanita who runs the place was super friendly and welcoming. We only stayed one night, on our way to Belize, but we felt safe and secure, and it was pretty quiet too.

The rooms were just as advertised, beautifully and with love of detail decorated. The location was perfect, right by the water and a five minute walk to the ferry station. Very nice and safe neighbourhood, at night there is a local market with stands and games for the kids. Felt very safe walking around. The rooftop terrace had an awesome view. Would definitely recommend this place.

“Nice staff and spacious room.”
We stopped at Chetumal for a night. The room is spacious. Staff provided clear instruction about check-in. They warmly welcomed us at the hotel. There are street food stalls nearby and the food is delicious. The hotel is right at the seafront and you can enjoy the view at the terrace. Will recommend this hotel for anyone staying at Chetumal

The flat was amazing! Very spacious, clean and beautiful. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Nice roof terrace with a small pool, overlooking the sea. A short walk to many restaurants and bars and 10 minutes walk to the ferry dock for Belize Absolutely recommend and we will be back!

The room had an increadible view and was really close to the ferry terminal and lovely beach front walking path. Friendly staff helped sort out issues right away and made us feel very welcome.

“Fantastic property with amazing hosts!”
The communication from Juanita was incredible. We got a late bus so would be arriving at 6am and she made the entire stay seamless and effortless. Sent a video of how to find the property and the keys and extending our check out time to 12. We were also able to leave our bags while getting food the next day too. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the facilities were perfect! Would absolutely recommend staying here!

The villas are about 4 blocks down the street from the main hotel, so we did not go and try the breakfast.

“Perfect location if you want to be right in the middle of where the locals have fun.”
Very nice location, can’t be more central, lots of good restaurants nearby, and the sea view is fantastic. It’s right in the middle of where it’s happening in Chetumal. Comfy bed, spacious room, and they let me park my car in the courtyard. Staff is very polite, friendly and helpful.
