Cozy, clean and well organized with thoughtful amenities. Shared kitchen, lounge and gym spaces. Rooms are large and comfortable. Private hot tubs are a nice touch. No staff present, but communication was excellent and even included a local shuttle service.

Very good and quick communication for booking, reservation & recommendations. Easy in and out. Everything was there and more, Mini Fitness (which we would have used if we had stayed longer), postcard sendings, Coffee & snacks (kids were super happy!)

This was by far the best place we stayed in during our trip in Nova Scotia. It was super easy to check in and get our room. We absolutely LOVED the lounge area with laundry, nearly a full kitchen, a printer, a lounging area and a gym! We also loved the hot tub and it really made our night! The location of the hotel is perfect, and the little chairs on the porch overlooking the water are amazing. This place greatly exceeded our expectations and we would recommend it to anyone!

The location is perfect when driving the Cabot Trail, which we were. The check-in and check-out was so easy and everything was as described by the owners.

The bed was very comfortable, the bedding was great along with lots of towels in the bathroom. Nice that they had extra water, sparkling water, snacks in the room and self serve yogurt and granola bars for breakfast. Self check in was easy.

Loved everything about my stay at this hotel. Whoever said it was the best place they stayed at along the Cabot Trail was not wrong. It’s such a comfy and cozy place. Check in was seamless with regular text messages from the admin staff. They were able to accommodate my couple of hours early check in request. The room and bathroom were spotless. The entire property had such a home like feeling. Other guests were respectful and not loud either but the room did have earplugs available. There was coffee and tea, laundry machines and other snacks in the main area. The bathroom smelled so amazing. I had a good night sleep after a few days of sleeping in somewhat average places. If I’m ever back in Cheticamp, I know where I’m staying!

Everything a traveller might need was provided. The house itself is an old character home that has been beautifully redone. The floors slope, doors stick or don’t close, etc. This all adds to the charm! The beds & bedding were very comfortable. There is a weight room, 2 hot tubs and a communal kitchen (including a washer & dryer) that we didn’t use.

Room was gorgeous and tons of amenities. Seamless check in and communication.

They did a great job converting this older home into a beautiful and cozy hotel. We had room #2 in the main house and it was very nicely decorated with an amazing bathroom (bathrobes too!). It was all very fresh and clean. Snacks were provided in the room. Great sitting area with snacks, books and info on local attractions. A super nice workout room. Good communication with owners, though we never met them in person. Perfect location to get a good sleep after driving Cabot Trail counter-clockwise.
