“We chose to take a loss and sleep in a home without power instead of here. Don't book”
We were forced to seek shelter from day 3 of a power outage in 100 degree heat and hoped this hotel one of the few who did not jack up there rates to meet the demand would be a cool safe place for my family but that was not the case. The overpowering thick aroma of Marijuana in the hallways is but the precursor to the stained carpets and moldy smell in the room. However, it was the Bugs that attacked my family relentlessly that sealed the deal. No Compensation or consideration was offered when we brought these issues to the attention of the Front desk who said they will look into the matter and could not offer a refund.
