The pool was over chlorinated cloudy and needed filters and a good cleaning. I never saw anyone in the pool and I wasn’t about to get in it either. I asked for towels for my room and I was told that my room would be put on the cleaning list and it was not cleaned and we had no towels upon our return that night. The carpet and the chair and the ottoman needed a good cleaning. All of them were extremely dirty.

Refrigerator didn’t work. Bathroom door didn’t have a doorknob. There was trash under the sofa bed. The exterior of the property had the same trash in front of the building for 3 days.
