“A Lovely Stopover in a Beautiful and Peaceful Setting”

My hosts were very friendly and accommodating. I had a large comfortable room. It's a beautiful chateau with lovely grounds. There was a gated secure parking area for my motorcycle. I had a great dinner served to me in the garden. The cognac was a nice touch. Breakfast was also good.

The location was lovely and quiet. The room was large as was the unsuited. The host asked if we would like an evening meal and as we had a long drive we took up his offer. We had a 4 course meal (plus brandy) all made by the wife which was excellent as was the breakfast. Would we stay there again ?Yes.

The character of the property is full of charm. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how beautiful everything is. The owner was lovely, very attentive & spoke amazing English, making us feel so welcome throughout our stay.

It’s peaceful with spacious rooms and charming hosts. It’s dog friendly and the food is superb.

Beautiful chateau, tastefully decorated. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Really quiet so slept very well both nights. Gardens and grounds were lovely. Owners were nice and friendly. Only a 10-15 minute drive into Cognac so it was an ideal location for us. Would definitely recommend this chateau, and we would stay there again (if it's available next time we're there)

Beautifully restored chateau and grounds. Our room was large and luxurious with glass doors to the garden.

Beautiful hidden gem in the Cognac countryside. A piece of old-world charm. Gorgeous outside area (except for the pond, so beware dog owners!).The hosts were warm and very welcoming. We had a fabulous dinner there, all home made and very delicious. If we're ever in that area again, we'd love to return.

We spent only one night at Chateau de Champblanc but we fell in love with it immediately. The Chateau and the surrounding garden are charming and inviting. We got to eat delicious dinner and breakfast at the Chateau. Each meal was exquisite, home-made with passion by the host Karine. Both Karine and Sebastien are friendly and caring. Thank you for everything and hopefully see you soon!
