There was Electricity 24h / 7, warm water and opportunity to wash clothes that is very valuable for nowadays in Ukraine. In hotel was very friendly personal who is always ready to help customers ( I couldn’t find where I could print tickets in Chernivtsi on Sunday, and the staff gladly helped me. )
