Convenient location with plenty of shops close. Room was very tidy and instructions from the host were great. Nice underfloor heating with a great option to self check in/out. Great powerful shower.

The set of amenities and the condition of the apartment itself corresponds to the description. The owner of the apartment turned out to be an absolutely adequate person who was quick to respond and react to my requests. The house is newly built, it has everything you need: either in the building itself (a pharmacy, a couple of restaurants, etc.) or in the immediate vicinity ("ATB" supermarket). Thank you for your hospitality, I recommend this apartment. 2 points that are not really related to the apartment itself: this apartment is better suited for those who travel by car - although it is difficult to snatch a parking space near the house (those who live in a big city like Kyiv will understand), so I recommend the parking lot on the opposite side of the road, you can easily negotiate with the security guard and leave your car there. And the road - the street leads directly to the center (to Central Sq.); however, as of 2024, the pavement is not in the best condition, and it takes a long time to drive if you don't want to leave the wheels on the side of the road.

Everything is very good! Nice, clean apartments in a very comfortable location. There are cafes and shops near there. And the apartments situated not far from central bus station. A cup of coffee in the morning is the most necessary thing) Thank you!
