Room 510 is quite old and dirty (floor, bed) Pillows have an unpleasant smell. Water in sink passes slowly, because it is impossible to lift the plug that is jammed. Lamps above the mirror shine with different lights.

Personnel very friendly and helpful. Location is nice. Breakfast was good.

Comfortable and clean room, friendly staff, good location. But the room price is too high for Chernihiv.

The hotel room was very good sized and the bathroom overall more than adequate though a little smaller than one could wish for. The shower was excellent with hot water coming quickly and with good pressure. Bed was comfortable and temperature in the room pleasant during the cold weather. Very nice coffee at the small bar next to the reception and one liter of water available in the room every day. Staff, especially Victoria, was super friendly and helpful, ready to communicate in good English.

The place is exceptional except for wifi speed

Clean rooms, super stuff and service, delicious food in restaurant. It’s really high level hotel and restaurant in Chernihiv.

“We weren’t expecting this remarkable restaurant”

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights at the end of august. The hotel was great, we had an enormous room 33sq mt I think, so plenty of room for the two of us. It was all very clean and great reception staff too, always very helpful. The breakfasts were great too, always came out feeling like I’d eaten too much. A great selection of hot an cold food, from hot meat,potato, omelette, salamis, ham, pastries, cereals etc. The main restaurant which was in a separate building just 30metres away was incredible, clean modern and great attentive staff. The food was amazing, we certainly weren’t expecting this in Chernihiv, let alone a hotel at the side of the river. We never got the chance to use the pool area as we were away visiting relatives each day, but it looked very nice and I’m sure would have been a great experience too. We would certainly recommend staying here and definitely use the restaurant, we’ll be back for sure.
