My family and I have been to Netizen before, the first time we rented an apartment also with 3 bedrooms and it was a pleasant stay with good comfort. As from the photos at Booking.com we actually thought it was the same apartment, but got to be disappointed as it wasn't. The photos were not all from this apartment. Our family has rented this apartment before, did highlight that the beds were not pleasant especially the masterbed room. There was an extra Madres available that could be used on top of the bed, but the plastic cover had to be removed. The masterbed toilet, couldn't flush just running constantly. These points were brought up 3 months ago, for the agent to fix unfortunately it did not happened. Furthermore we have difficulties to see where 9 persons could sleep, unless the madres in the master bedroom was to be used.

The master bedroom mattress was too soft The second room bed was creaky and made noises upon movements The apartment is kept clean and enough facilities like wifi, water heater, comfy sofa and dining table and chairs for 6, electric kettle and oven.

The location was easy to locate and it feels safe staying in the estate as there were security always on the look out. At the same time, only registered vehicles and residence could enter, so there's not much worry on safety and possibilities of theft.

The host is nice and responsive. He provided detail instructions and information. We’ve pleasant day. The house is very clean and the location is awesome just opposite the MRT station. The swimming pool is so nice and so big with the KLCC view. We enjoyed our stay and swimming pool.

“New, clean and family friendly place. Must stay here if you are visiting Cheras.”
Very good location, very new, clean and well setup for family. My wife like the facility that she can do laundary and enjoy the sport facility. The kids were participating in badminton competition and they enjoy this place very much. Sure will revisit this place for future tournament in KL.
