“Elegant and sophisticated hotel”
Exceptional stay in Chengdu. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the service is exactly what you would expect from a Ritz-Carlton. Everything felt elegant, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. A special mention to Lucas S. from the Concierge team. His recommendations, attention to detail, and willingness to help made a real difference throughout our stay. He was always approachable, knowledgeable, and proactive, helping us make the most of our time in Chengdu. The level of service provided by Lucas perfectly reflects the hospitality standards of the hotel. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chengdu.

“Wonderful 6-star hotel service.”
Location is ideal and convenient while not too bustling. The hotel is beautiful, very clean with wonderful ambience. Our room is relatively large with spacious clean toilet. Bed was very conformable with multiple pillows. Breakfast was really sumptuous with very wide spread of delicious food and even after 6 days we still loved it. The Chinese restaurant Li Xuan was truly great and inexpensive....we dined there at least 5 times! Above all Ritz Carlton staff was superb, very courteous, professional and helpful in particular front office staff Mr Luca Spatafora. We will get back, soon.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ritz-Carlton Chengdu, and I have to say it was one of the most memorable hotel experiences I've had in a long time. A significant part of that is owed to Luca, whose warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference. From the moment I arrived, Luca went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless and comfortable. He has a rare ability to make guests feel truly looked after, not in a transactional way, but with authentic hospitality that reflects the very best of what the Ritz-Carlton stands for. The property itself is stunning, and the service standards are exceptional, but it's people like Luca who elevate a great stay into an unforgettable one. I left feeling genuinely grateful. If you're lucky enough to be welcomed by him during your visit, you're in very good hands. Thank you, Luca, I will definitely be back.

ritz Chengdu service was excellent . Luca‘是continuous temperature check with us and ensure we are being attended to immediately should there be any disservice. So far there is none. I must commend your concierge staff for the extra service. Eg when we enquire a place in Cheng du, they directed us patiently and asked,” do you need me to book a car , book a ticket , prepare a car before you depart “ where all other resort did not provide that extra. Kudos to ritz Chengdu

“Room and Club Floor experience were a home from home”
Staff in both the Club Lounge and main reception were great. Indeed everyone was so friendly and helpful. We think the location is ideal for the main sites downtown; better than when we staying in other top end hotels in Chengdu. We’ll come back to the Ritz Carlton in future. It is well worth paying extra for the Club Floor with personalised attention and lovely food.
