“Amazing hostel, wonderful staff!”

Everything! The staff were so helpful and friendly, even with advice before arrival. The location is amazing, great local neighbourhood with plenty to eat and local markets close by, only a few metres from the metro, close to the river, not too far from the centre. We shared a family room and it was very comfy, spacious, with everything we needed. We also booked into the afternoon/evening walking tour which was amazing - one of the very best we’ve ever done. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in Chengdu!

The hostel is near MRT and foods market. The staff is so friendly. I will be back to stay for the next trip

“I would happily return.”

I was single occupancy in one of the larger double rooms - still very inexpensive by UK standards. The room was absolutely fine: well looked after, and the bed was comfortable. The room has a kettle and a couple of teabags are provided each day. You can buy excellent coffee at the front desk or (when it is open) at the coffee shop. The ground floor entrance is not much to look at, but the hotel, which is on the fifth floor, is very welcoming. At the time of my visit (June 2026) the floor below was undergoing full refurbishment so sometimes the single lift was unavailable, and trying to have a sleep one afternoon was difficult due to drilling on the floor below. But honestly, that did not spoil my enjoyment of the place. I was not able to join in any of the activities: the only one I might have done was the steamed bun making evening: sadly only two people signed up for it – not enough. Fully recommended.

“Refused to stay.”

I refused to stay and the staff was very understanding, refunded me immediately and gave me e mini panda will I was searching for another hotel. The young lady offered me another room but I could stay.

Excellent accomodation in the centre of Chengdu. Great helpfull staff, very clean. daily room service with lot of supplies for free. Location i15 meter from metro 3 line station, easy to find for first non-chinese speaking visitors. All kind of shops, banks, services very close around. Nice atmosphere inside the hotel. Best deal in Chengdu👌🏻

Good location right next to a metro station. Staff were accommodating and helpful if needed anything. Local area with good food nearby. (Ask to try the local dumpling place around the corner!). Pleasant stay.

“Good stay in the centre on Chengdu!”

The location is amazing - everything is easily accessible by metro! The stuff is polite and very helpful (thank you for assisting me in finding a way to get to the hostel from the airport)! They provide dental kit, washing necessities and flip-flops - so some basic needs are covered and I don’t need to worry about it! Hostel is clean and very cozy inside, especially the lobby! They also conduct interesting events and master classes for travellers

The most we like was the service, it wasn't good, it was really great! We just needed some towels and they provided it. Also, Andy and Jack were kind and very helpful all the time ... Even they give us a little welcome gifts, we really appreciate the warm hospitality in our first day in China Thanks for that guys Take care

The bedroom was spacious and there was wash machine.

“Great value, friendly place to stay”

The thing that makes this place stand out is the staff - they’re wonderful and super helpful and will do so much to make your stay more comfortable. The location was great, you’re a little out of the centre so it’s quiet but you are right by the exit of the metro station. They have a lovely lounge area and outdoor spaces and the vibe was just really nice. Their laundry facilities were also pretty good.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean, with good plugs, lights and a nice shower. The location is great for getting to all the major attractions and the hostel is very easy to find.
