Very clean, everything we needed. Chengdu is HUGE we came specifically to see the pandas and only stayed 2 nights with local tour guides. Great street food across the road

The Front Desk and hotel staff were great, professional, and courteous, especially Charlotte who was immensely helpful in helping me set me up my phone with appropriate apps for translation features since my Google apps did not work in China.

Pleasant stay value for money. Good breakfast. Nice staff - round the clock help, just less than week stay. Charlotte n Violet were so helpful, when required , even with English alone conversations. Gimmy was like a local guide. It was nice and hassle free stay, good food, near by food places are open at late nights.

The washing machine is so powerful, back pack travellers like us can wash our clothes everyday. The staffs here are also very friendly. This hotel provide variety of breakfast. This is an excellent hotel. Will book this hotel again if I come to Chengdu
