Quiet place, Lovely staff and rooftop

The Riad is semi modernised so it's comfortable and yet has kept its character. Quirky decorations and many thoughtful touches. It is clean and well looked after. Friendly hostel vibes but more comfortable. The rooms with terraces look lovely. My single room was nice, with useful furniture- clean and comfortable. The shared shower and toilets are good and not many people sharing. Lovely roof terrace. Not the cheapest but good value. The medina has many steep steps, and the riad has a few more so, it's better to have a backpack than a suitcase. To avoid a lot of climbing, you can get a taxi from the ctm bus station to Bab Souk and walk through the medina from there.

A wonderful hostel with excellent hospitality. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming—they make you feel like part of a family from the moment you arrive.

The property boasts a central location, a small but cozy terrace, and a charming old school building. Its location east of the Medina makes it easily accessible. The facilities are adequate. It's kinda quiet.

I genuinely loved the place and the staff. I arrived tired and struggling with my bag and they came over where I was and helped me. Mariana the owner was there, I think specifically to make sure all is well when I was checking in. She told me that the water was not only drinkable but also very good, this peace of information was very helpful. I discovered my room clean, comfortable and new. I had a perfect access to the beautiful terrace. There was a selection of tea and I was happy to be able to make a hot tea. I visited another hotel where my friend stayed and that was all in blue Moroccan style. She loved it and I thought Vallparadis is what I like, it has that european touch to it, simple, clean and bright. It is slightly upper and on the side, locationwise, but I liked it too, because you are closer to the mountains and quieter. The only thing was that the mosque is very close so you will hear the azan in the morning loudly, which I didn’t mind and as a traveller you will be tired and sleep through it no problem. I should mention that night shift staff, Jawwad woke up at 6:30 to carry my bag to the place for taxis, that was very kind in a calm and beautiful way. Chefchaouen is an amazing place and this place made it for me so enjoyable. If I were to come again I’d definitely stay here.

Everything is perfect. The room with private bathroom is super comfortable on the rooftop. A lot of intimacy yet the hosts were so welcoming and nice with us. The fact that we have a common kitchen is appreciable as well

1. I stay in a suite, the room is spacious and clean and quiet, bed is very comfortable; 2. There is 2 terraces, you can sit and enjoy the views; 3. Very good location, few mins walk to the hiking trail, you can go anywhere in the old town easily;

I stayed at this riad for two nights and overall had a good experience. The place was clean and well located, close to the medina but still quiet. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was calm. The room was simple but comfortable, and the rooftop had a nice view of the city. It’s a good option for a short stay in Chefchaouen. I appreciated the peaceful vibe and the helpful attitude of the staff.
