The location of Riad El Palacio is central in the Medina and walking distance to restaurants and shops. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. The manager Asraf was always friendly and available and helped with organising a taxi to the airport

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location is perfect,breakfast very good, the facilities are modern and very well maintained, but what truly made my experience memorable was the service. A special mention goes to Moad Amraji, whose positive personality and commitment to helping guests stand out. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met, always with a friendly attitude and genuine passion for his work. Thanks to his dedication, my stay was not only comfortable but also truly enjoyable. Moad represents the hotel with excellence and leaves its name very high. I would definitely recommend this hotel, not only for its great amenities but especially for the outstanding service.

We had a wonderful stay at this riad in Chefchaouen. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and we especially want to mention Moad, who went above and beyond during our visit. He is genuinely kind, always ready to help, whether it’s recommending restaurants, arranging things for us, or even bringing tea to our room late at night. He really made us feel at home. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of variety to start the day, and the location of the riad is perfect – close to everything you’d want to see in the medina, yet quiet and relaxing. We had such a great time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Chefchaouen. This place is the perfect mix of comfort, hospitality, and charm.

Very nice place right in the center of the action of Chefchaouen. Special thanks to Moad. He is super friendly and did more than his best to accommodate my request of leaving very early morning. Stay here for exceptional hospitality!

Very tidy and comfy place, really nice location. Very helpful staff. At the reception you can ask for anything, starting from laundry service, finishing to tourist stuff.

The breakfast was excellent, very varied and delicious. There were multiple people that could speak a variety of languages and that made our live very easy. The even recommend as a fantastic local restaurant.

We really liked everything about the Hotel especially the staff-they were great but if I'm honest the location was up so many stairs I struggled, and I was not prepared when we were dropped off by taxi nowhere near the entrance. Two guys grabbed our bags and put them on their shoulders and we ran behind to keep up (I didn't though) It was comical. This is not the fault of the Hotel, they can't do anything about location. I did not do enough research I guess before booking, so FYI. Honestly EVERYTHING in Chefchouen is up stairs to some degree, and I did get used to the stairs by the end of our visit. I wanted to be in or close to the Medina and we were. The Riad itself is beautifully restored and I think priced right-it's not a 5star property. The Spa is non existent and unfortunately 1 reason why I booked this hotel so that was disappointing. The bed was very comfortable-got a great sleep, and the roof top terrace very inviting. Ultimately I would recommend this Hotel.

The riad was fascinating and typical, super well located, and the breakfast was good. The room was nice and the view from the balcony was breathtaking, plus the roof is a little blue corner of paradise. Abdell was very nice, gave us an upgrade and some good tips to get to know the city :)

“Comfy, clean, scenic and practical!”

The location of the riad is excellent, very close to the 'square' where you can find plenty of shops and restaurants. The staff were very welcoming and available to assist with any queries we had. There is a staff member onsite at reception at all times and cctv so we felt safe as two females. The facilities are modern and clean- slight issue with the toilet plumbing but we easily fixed this ourselves. We stayed for 2 nights and they offered room service, fresh towels etc. Breakfast was included and was great. The interior of the Riad is exceptional, very picturesque and you may also catch the best views of the city from the terrace. Overall highly recommend this riad! We did a fair bit of research before booking and can safely say this is one of the best in the city with all things considered. Might not be exactly clear where the riad is from the place where the taxi's typically drop you off (it's not far but just unclear to navigate) but a local will more than likely help you, or you can put it in google maps or even call the host to assist/meet you.
