“Old world cats, little comfort”

At arrival we got help with the luggage. The shower is warm and with good pressure. The beds are clean. In the morning Naima came to make a very good breakfast for us. And she was also nice to our children.

Absolutely amazing property, home from home! Beautifully decorated, just as the pictures show, it is old world meets modern comfort perfectly. The staff were brilliant, with excellent communication before the stay to make our arrival smooth. Directions and support to park our rentalcar & then escorted us to the house. Advice & recommendations for walks/food/sightseeing were spot on. And then the breakfast…..oh my goodness: amazing!! Thankyou for a wonderful stay. ❤️❤️❤️

There was clear communication with the manager of the property prior to our arrival. We were met by staff to assist with luggage to our accommodation and were met by the host manager.

Information before arrival was fantastic, met by host, bags taken from taxi, wonderful tour of home, welcomed with tea and treats. Amazing beautiful house, restored to perfection. Incredible breakfast made, we felt like royalty. Terrace was a fabulous bonus. House at top of street voted in top 20 streets in world. Absolutely nothing to criticise.

Everything was great. The location is fantastic, the furnishings are top quality, the people were very nice and friendly, and the view from the roof was also great.

The house is beautifully decorated, a real blend of traditional charm and modern comfort. You can tell the owners and local builders put a lot of care and effort into every detail. The location is very good, within easy reach of everything. Breakfast was tasty and the cook and host were nice and friendly. The host even arranged a little gift for my friend, for whom the trip was a birthday present.

“The perfect stay!”

The property is beautiful and there’s been a huge amount of detail in its restoration. The location is perfect (very central) and on one of the most picturesque streets in all the town. Everyone from the host, to the lovely lady who made the amazing breakfast - it really was the perfect stay.

It's a beautiful and modern house, you have all sort of amenities and get to enjoy a relaxing stay in the heart of the medina. We loved the decor and the little things like a notebook on the 1st floor telling you all about the place's history. It just goes to show how much care and dedication was put into this Riad. It's worth the praise and I can't recommend it enough. Kudos to you!

This beautifully restored and tastefully decorated house is located in heart of the historic town. The rooftop terrace has great views of the town and the surrounding hills. We were greeted at the entrance to the town and led to the house itself. The lady gave us a tour of the property and provided some tips re restaurants etc. In the morning, a lady came to prepare a hearty breakfast for us at a pre-arranged time. It was quite cold when we were there in December, but there was airco/ heating appliances in the bedrooms and adequate warm blankets.

Location was right on the most instagrammable street! Ghizlam who greeted us was great. Breakfast by Naima was amazing. Sam has used a lot of love and effort with local resources to give it a unique touch. He kept in touch from USA via whats app. The terrace was the highlight. It has laundry and a dryer with the other self contained utilities (oven etc;) Since it was at the highest point on the street we had to use a porter (provided by the property) to carry the luggage up.

Sam(Host) and Hostess(Tiffany) are amazingly friendly. From the time I booked, they were on hand to answer any questions - whether about the property or about town of Chefchaouen. Ghizlan - their manager for the property is amazingly friendly too. She greeted us outside the medina and she came with a porter, who carried our bags through the medina. The property is in a place which is one of the photogenic streets in Chaouen. So to get pictures of blue streets, we didn't have to go too far. Their chef, Naima arrives in the morning, prepares the breakfast spread and waits till we are done with the breakfast. So that was quite some treat. On our first morning, we went for a sunrise viewing to Spanish Mosque and by the time we came back, there was this lovely breakfast spread already set up.

Beautiful property in an amazing location , our host Ghilzan and Issam are very helpful and attentive ,I loved the amazing breakfasts in the morning made by our own chef Naima ,there was a variety of foods to choose from! It was very comfortable and easy to settle in

Ghizlan picked us up and showed us around in the house. Everything was very clearly explained and she was very responsive via WhatsApp. The breakfast was delicious and the house was very clean. There’s a big terrasse with a beautiful view as well.
