“Great!”

Simo and Osman were fantastic! They were very accommodating, giving as a complimentary upgrade and a welcome rose each. The location is excellent, a walking distance from the CTM bus station, which was convenient for our one night stay in the beautiful Chefchaouen. We were given recommendations on where to go, restaurants and even support with booking for a spa. My sisters and I enjoyed our stay, especially the breakfast on the rooftop. Thank you.

“Okay hotel”

The hotel is located very near to CTM bus station in Chefshaoun, although it is a bit further away from the main Medina. The boys at the reception (Simo, Ahmed and Osman) were extremely hospital. Upon arrival, Simo was kind enough to offer some water bottles, nice rose buds for my wife and daughter and toys for 2 sons. He also gave info about the places to take pics inside the medina & gave a little late check out too, as our bus to Tangier was around 1.45 p.m. The family room was extremely spacious with a small living area with a sofa and 3 rooms (2 rooms with double beds and 1 room with 2 single beds). Breakfast lady was very friendly too and the breakfast was alright although the quantity was bit too tight. Further, given the fact that oranges are in abundance in Chefshaoun (even there are orange trees on the streets), a jug of fresh orange juice would have been nicer for 5 of us than just 1 glass per each person. Overall, it was a nice stay and thank you everyone for your kind hospitality.

The reception people were very friendly and helpful. All the staff were good. The breakfast was excellent. Everything about the hotel was brilliant I thought the roof terrace area was fantastic The hotel is situated a few minutes walk from the main bus station and walking distance to the Medina and all other places of interest. It was a perfect stay

If you go to Chefchaouen, stay one or two nights at this hotel. The staff is very helpful. There’s a walking route through the beautiful old town of Chefchaouen prepared for you, which you receive upon arrival. Personally, I would like to thank the staff member Hajar, who made me feel at home in this enchanting city in a truly magical way… You don’t just experience Morocco through its nature and ancient traditions, but above all through Moroccan people like Hajar…

Very nice hotel in Chefchauen, nearby historical parts. Very clean, very cosy, exellent and helpfull service provided by receptioninst Otman, very good breakfast. Especially recomended to motorbikers because od possibility to park the bikes in the garage.

“Budget stay”

The staff of the hotel was very helpful and friendly before and during our stay when raising the enquiry about the transport, points ilof interest and recommended restaurants. He also provided us early check-in. Though it was a small hotel, it was well-kept and very clean. We enjoyed our breakfast at the rooftop. The hotel basically was near the bus terminal with 5- minute walking. When I booked, I thought the hotel near bus terminal on the flat level at the foot of the hill. So, you need to prepare to start walking uphill when carrying your luggages or you can choose to take a taxi. Thanks for the staff to give us 2 bottles of water upon arrival!!

“Best Stay in Morocco, incredible staff, clean rooms, free parking”

Here's what this made one of the best hotel experiences in Morocco and not only in Chefchaouen: staff were the nicest people I've met in Morocco, very thoughtful and kind, they went above and beyond to make the stay exceed our expectations, hotel is located conveniently within 20mins walk from all the attractions, has free parking, complimentary breakfast(which was delicious), and a gorgeous rooftop view. Rooms were very clean. And staff shared a well thought itinerary to check out all the spots of the city, which was very helpful. I would definitely book again and highly recommended. Rooms are bit dated, but it's not a 5 star hotel, it's a Riad rather
