Central location. Helpful and friendly staff. Very comfortable room. We had a third floor room with a fabulous terrace with beautiful views over the city. We ate one evening meal in the Riad which was excellent.

Absolutely loved our stay at Lina Ryad. Samira was very lovely and helpful when we arrived at the Ryad. We were lucky enough to stay in the suite which was on the top floor. The staff kindly carried our luggage up the stairs, thank you Mohamed! Our room was very spacious and it was lovely sitting on your own private deck and watch the setting sun over Chefchaouene. The breakfast was made to order with a great variety and very delicious made by Saada. The location was fantastic only a minute walk to the main square where there are lots of restaurants. Parking was a 5 minute walk from the Ryad and again Mohamed came to greet us and help with our luggage. You just need to inform them that you have a car so they can meet you in the car park. Loved everything about Lina and Chefchaouene! Would definitely stay there again.

The room service and the room itself was immaculate, beds were exceptionally fluffy and comfortable, the view was picturesque and the spa was exemplary among spas. Best Riad/hotel I've ever been to, would recommend and will book next time I'm in Chefchaouen.

Location was great. Very easy to walk around in the Madina from Lina Riyad. We had a lovely big room with a terrace access. Clean and well maintained.

1) arrival and departure: When you say in a Riad, which is always inside a Medina ( old , walled city), your car will never take you to your stay. You invariably park in a parking lot outside or a town centre and are escorted to your Riad. Lina Ryad did fabulously on this. We kept them updated about our arrival time. Their team received us in the town square and helped us and our luggage reach the Riad. Riads do not have elevators and they helped us with our bags to our floors. The same process was repeated on our check out : bags to the lobby and then to our car 2) Extremely warm, supportive staff with greta communication skills. We had no difficulty at all communicating with them. We were received efficiently, welcomed with a traditional Mint tea and all information. It was super easy to check in and settle down 3) All Roads serve you breakfast. Lina Ryad did great with breakfast to order, 24 hour coffee machine , morning hot coffee and milk. Lunch and dinner were to order. We had one dinner there and that was great. Mix of Moroccan and Italian food 4) The facility itself is beautiful and wonderfully kept. The beds were comfortable and the bed linen and towers were clean. Basics like shower supplies, hair drier, iron, A/C were in place and worked well 5) you could book time for a private time in the heated pool and that was great. We did not use the spa though 6) Lina Ryad was exactly what our research showed we would get and was way more in terms of service quality 7) The location is great.. 5 minute walk to the town centre and in a very peaceful place

The staff was amazing, always kind and ready to help. They also had been amazing with our little baby. The Ryad is in a strategic position in the middle of the old Medina. Was beautiful to see the dawn from their rooftop. Strongly recommended!!!
