Matteo was an incredible host, he thoroughly explained the property and how to use the amenities and appliances and even sat with us to give us the best places to visit, eat and relax on the island. I felt very comfortable and well looked after as he checked in to see how we were throughout our holiday also. The location was amazing for us very quiet and a lovely residential area, it was incredibly easy to drive to nearby locations or even catch the bus at the end of the road! Perfect place to stay if you want to be a little bit away from the noise and tourists! The pool is very looked after by the cleaners and is cleaned every morning.

Matteo was amazing with me and my family. Explained everything how to work, best places to visit and eat typical food. Always available for any problems we might have.

Superb stay close to the city, beaches and wilderness. First time in Tenerife and we chose this location for easy access to main attractions in Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas (7 minutes by car) while also being close to Teide National park (40 minutes - driving through forests of Vilaflor is a must see) or even Santa Cruz de Tenerife (50 minutes). Very quiet and safe neighbourhood, plenty of parking spots and the apartment was very well decorated. Matteo is a great host and will help you out with tips regarding the island and places to see.

The host Matteo was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. He was 10/10. It was also quiet, and the pool was a good size (albeit cold) and safe. The Internet connection was excellent, with a good-sized TV and Netflix. The balcony is nicely shaded and a good size overlooking the pool (which is clean and well kept).

We had a great experience in this apartment located in a residential area. The private pool was a wonderful bonus and having free parking made everything even more convenient. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and well equipped. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Matteo was a super host, easy to communicate with and gave us good tips on what to do and where to eat like a local! Good location, pool available and area regularly cleaned.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. Quiet place, very good location, easily accessible by car (by the fact that we had a rental car, I do not know how it is with the availability of public transport). The equipment of the apartment was new, everything perfectly functional. The apartment was very nice and clean, the stay was pleasant. Restaurants were relatively close (by car), there was a shop in the complex. The owner was very nice, he arranged everything we needed very quickly. Overall, there is nothing to complain about.

The location of the apartment, near the bus stop and near the main road, is perfect for travelling by motorbike or car. Matteo greatly helped us explore the island and added so much value to our stay. He has a passion for his work and his experience means he can create the perfect holiday for you based on your needs and tastes. I highly recommend booking with him to make your stay extra special.

The apartament is located in a very nice and quiet area, but in the same time close to the main touristic places as Los Cristianos or Playa de las Americas. Matteo was an extraordinary guest, very willing to help from the moment we made the reservation to the moment we did the check out. He recommended a lot of nice places that are known mostly by the locals so we enjoyed great food and we visited some stunning places based on his tips.
