Fronting glittering water of the gulf of Thailand, Casa De Mar offers an outdoor pool and a restaurant. This modern resort is just a few steps from the sandy beach of Chaweng, 1.5 km from Ark Bar and 2 km from Samui Airport. Guests can enjoy free WiFi throughout the stay. Offering a choice of private villa to cosy rooms, all units are fully air-conditioned and comes with a flat-screen cable TV, a seating area and a safety deposit box. Some rooms boast outdoor furniture and a coffee machine. Two bottles of drinking water is provide, daily. A shower, a hairdryer and free toiletries are standard in all en suite bathrooms. Tasty local and international cuisines are served at The Journey Terrace. A breakfast buffet is served daily from 07:00 – 10:30 hrs. Guest can enjoy special drinks or mingle with the other guests at the bar. Alternatively, a range of dining outlets can be found within a 5-minute walk of the property. For guests’ convenience, Casa De Mar provides luggage storage, car hiring and laundry service. Guests can enjoy themselves at the luscious garden or at the sun terrace. Within a short drive from the accommodation, guests can find KC Beach Club Chaweng (2.5 km), Chaweng Walking Street (2.8 km) and Big Buddha (3.7 km). For ferry, Bangrak Pier is located 3.5 km from the property; whilst Bo Phut Pier can be reached under 5 km.

“A calm perfect getaway, away from the confusion of Chaweng.”
We loved the hotel. In front of the beach, super nice pool. The location is perfect, close to Chaweng but still far away enough so that we were way from the chaos. The whole hotel is so nice and pretty. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff was super super nice - particularly, our big Thank you to Zing for being so helpful, giving us tips about the island. And all the other staff as well was super friendly and kind. We truly hope to come back one day.

Casa de Mar was an exceptional beachfront stay in Koh Samui. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional and attentive throughout our visit. The room was spotless, comfortable and well maintained, with excellent air conditioning. Breakfast was fresh and varied, and the pool area with ocean views was truly beautiful. The beachfront terrace was one of the highlights of our stay, offering a peaceful and unforgettable atmosphere. Overall, the property offers excellent value for money and a genuine five-star experience.

“Not bad”
It was clean, super close to the beach. They have a restaurant with great cocktails. The 7/11 is about a 10min walk away but you have to walk up hill to get to the main road.

“A perfect stay in Koh Samui”
Our stay at Casa De Mar exceeded all our expectations. We originally booked 4 nights in a villa without a pool, but we enjoyed it so much that we extended our holiday for 4 more nights and even upgraded to a private pool villa on the fifth day. The hotel has such a peaceful and relaxing vibe. Everything was spotless, the staff were lovely, and the food was incredibly tasty. We especially loved the breathtaking sea views and the beautiful pool area where we spent hours relaxing. The breakfast was very diverse with plenty of delicious options, and the rooms had everything we needed — even a beach bag thoughtfully provided by the hotel. For us, everything was perfect and we would definitely come back again.
