Overview
Sitting on Chaweng Noi Beach, Fair House Beach Resort & Hotel boasts a spa pavilion and free WiFi. It has a beachfront freshwater swimming pool and another pool with tropical theme located on a hill. Fair House Beach Resort is located 8 km from Samui Airport and 25 km from Nathorn Pier. The hotel provides car and bike rental facilities, making trips to tourist attractions easy. Airport shuttle service can be arranged at an additional cost. Rooms are elegantly decorated in Contemporary Thai design and all feature private balconies. They are equipped with a satellite TV, minibar and fridge. A hairdryer is also provided. Some rooms offer views of tropical gardens or the ocean. Guests can enjoy Thai and European dishes at the Sea Paint beach-side restaurant, or sip drinks at the Rim Lay Bar. Room service is available. The resort offers traditional Thai massages at the Sala Spa. There are also lounge chairs along the beach for guests who wish to soak up the sun while admiring the ocean.

“Value for money - Absolutely amazing!”
We honestly loved everything about staying here. The service from the staff was second to none! Absolutely excellent! The children loved playing in the pool and on the slides, our room was conveniently right next to it. Receiving fresh new beach towels and bathroom towels everyday was really handy! Also to note, the shower pressure was divine, lovely and powerful. There was a large selection of food and drink for breakfast every morning, which was amazing! And one of our most loved aspects was the free golf kart rides up and down the resort. They provided us with a cot in our room for our son, and a highchair everytime they saw us at breakfast. We can't compliment the staff enough, everyone was so lovely, warming and welcoming. Thank you so much for making our stay so memorable for all the right reasons ❤️

“Very beautiful resort surrounded by greenery and with a splendid beach”
The resort is very beautiful, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Surrounded by greenery, it offers all the main amenities very well organized. The facility could use a refresh, as its age is starting to show. In any case, the rating is very positive, and the price/performance ratio is excellent.

“Lovely and relaxing”

“Just gorgeous and the staff are just amazing!”
We booked a bungalow with a terrace, it was super close to the beach, restaurant and bar. Superb room, bed super comfortable, the room is perfect for two people, plenty of space, and beatifully clean. They have a tuk tuk at the hotel that takes from your room to reception and viceversa all the time you need it! Breakfast was great, taste for everyone, I like the most the thai breakfast but they also have continenetal and full breakfast. Fresh fruit everyday! literatelly, everything you need. The beach was just like a bath, a bit windy sometimes, but clear water and lovely to stay swiming for hours! also, the beach offers massages at a very reasonably prices and super amazing! The beach also has bar service, so you can order your drinks at any time and the happy hour is a must. We also want to say a big thank you to the staff, specially Ying, Noora, the singer Kuk and May and everyone else really! they made our stay super nice! “Relaxing and enjoyable”
Breakfast was nice but would have liked more vegan options. Beach and pools close. Nice and relaxing and the golf carts took you around the complex easily.
