The staff were all extremely helpful, wanting to always go tye extra step further.

Location was overall very nice and pieceful however after paying that much price for the private pool villa when we arrived the door was broken had to wait for an hour for the enginner to come over and fix it. He said its fixed but it wasnt it was just fitted so it dosnet collapse but still gap between the door making it impossible to close. Overall condition and the first impression was just disappointing for me.

Shuttles up and down the hotel as walk is steep from rooms, staff were very polite and helpful for the most part, bed was clean with no sign of bed bugs

This was a lovely environment on a cliff, sea views were lovely. The bungalows were quiet, had fridge, good shower, balcony. Breakfast was good.

The food was the saving grace

The property is located on the eastern side of the island, a bit farther from the pier where the ferry drops you off, but it is absolutely worth the distance. It sits close to one of Koh Samui’s most famous beaches and offers a wonderfully comfortable stay with plenty of in-room and on-site facilities. They provide an all-day shuttle service to take guests to the pool areas, restaurant, and spa directly from their rooms, which is incredibly convenient. The resort has two beautiful pool areas, and the one at the far end offers an incredible view—especially at sunrise. You can sit on the large rocks for hours, watching the sun rise over the ocean as the waves crash gently below. Truly peaceful. Our stay included breakfast, which was delicious and offered plenty of variety. The restaurant staff are warm and welcoming— 'Don' in particular made our experience even better, along with the rest of the wonderful team. If you’re looking for a peaceful, luxurious stay, this is the perfect place. The property even offers scooters for rent with no security deposit required. Highly recommended!

ressort is a bit older but still nice and enjoyable. especially the staff is very nice, friendly, welcoming and caring. ressort has an own restaurant which is worth a visit and also delivers to your room. when we had dinner at the restaurant, the waiter named Don really looked after us and made sure we have a good experience. also had a longer conversation with him which was a cool and interesting exchange, thanks!
