The apartment was spacious, quiet and very comfortable. The bathroom / shower was modern and roomy. After a splendid table d'hôtes dinner, the owner even took us to see the amazing late 1800s-early 1900s classroom in a building which was a little way down the road. Breakfast was a true delight.

We liked the fact that the bedroom was on a mezzanine floor as it meant you could relax downstairs easily. The hostess was excellent and we loved having breakfast out on the terrace. The dinner we had was made from local produce and was definitely worth experiencing.

The property is in the most idyllic village, under a romantically semi-ruined castle, and above a valley with nightingales singing in it (it was May) and cows grazing in fields of buttercups. We were tired on arrival so asked our hostess, Corinne, if we could eat there and were delighted to be served an unexpectedly excellent meal on the terrace cooked by her husband. With an affordable local Burgundy. It was so good we asked to eat there the next night and the same quality was repeated. Two of our favourite nights in France. Our hostess, Corinne, was most helpful - in English and French - and made sure we saw the best local sights.

It was in a beautiful place surrounded by tress and flowers we could hear the birds and bees buzzing. The view from our bedroom was fantastic

What a charming place! Beautiful, tranquil, spacious and pretty room, gourmet dinner, lovely owners, nice hiking routes. Next to the nature and country side and old village and it's castle. You can listen the birds from your private terrace. Really lovely experience in every way.

The breakfast was very generous and excellent. We accepted the offer of a "Table d'hote" meal the evening of our arrival. The food was freshly cooked and exceptionally good.

“What an amazing place, stunning!”

This was an amazing find for an overnight stay on a journey to the south of France. We would happily hear for a longer break. The property is wonderful in a stunning location. The hosts were great and super friendly and helpful
