Very happy with our stay. The room is clean and in good condition, there is elevator. Staff was very kind and helpful, speaking English. They helped me to arrange motorbike private tour to visit 6 main temples in the area (around Sam mountain😍). The motorbike driver was photographer with professional equipment and made some beautiful photos for me free of charge with his camera😍 I paid for this tour 500 000 which is not the cheapest, but I was just very thankful that they could arrange this kind of tour for me as I really wanted motorbike with driver, who could wait for me and baby in each stop. By the way, motorbike driver showed some beautiful places what I could not find without his kind help🫰☺️ Also, Staff helped me to arrange bus ticket to Ho Chi Minh City with free pick up from hotel.

Arrived at 6AM but the staffs were extra helpful helping us to check in. The hotel has a little room where early-arrive guests can stay to rest until the room is ready. For the price we were paying, we are more than happy with what we received. Room is clean and hotel has the bikes ready fo us too.

“Bad experience with them !”

Had a bad experience with them ! They overbook ! Booked a room with a balcony, then when I arrived, informed me that they don’t have one available… And that’s it, take it or leave it ! No sorry, no offers for the inconvenience… “if you are not happy, cancel the booking by yourself”… Made me feel I was the problem ! Not looking for a solution… I left and I won’t come back. Maybe the hotel is good… when they keep you a room when you book… didn’t have the chance to know it. And the hotel is really far from everything on foot… so be prepared to have a second option, or a vehicule… just in case !

Decent for a short stay in Chau Doc. Had everything we needed and close to the town. Rented motorbikes for cheap. Room was simple but comfy. Shower had decent pressure and warm water which made a nice change!

I was curious when I saw the ratings/number of votes. But it was indeed impeccable! The price was a really good deal as we got a room with balcony. The motel is very close to Chau Doc market and Lady Temple (Miếu Bà Chúa Xứ) at Sam Mountain. Their motorbikes are all new and motor scooters. Also, they had a lot of cloth hangers in the room. The staff are very friendly. Strongly recommend and will definitely come back!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Bed was a little firm for me, but ok for the one night we stayed. Shower was hot and fine.
