“Helpful and great value hotel”

Really nice hotel and good value for money. Reception staff speak great English and were such a help organising a tour to Tra Su and letting me know what to expect with my boat trip to Cambodia. Room felt so luxurious after a month staying in hostels. Also free bicycle rental!

The lady who speaks English went above and beyond for us..our angel in disguise :). Guided us where to get grilled banana rice. She organized the bus to Ha Tien, got us onto upset tummy medicine and hydro drinks as I got a little sick there. Room was clean. Bed was firm. Location was amongst the locals...loved it there. Would have stayed an extra night but they were booked out.

Clean, nice room. Slept well, quiet, nice beds and clean bathroom. Highly recommend. Very friendly front desk. Day 1. Helped me book a bike driver for 300 000 VND in the afternoon to Tra Su cajuput forest (about 250 000 for motor boat, around 4.30pm, then rowing boat around 5pm to see the birds migrate- beautiful, I recommend both boats) + Sam mountain pagoda + local restaurant with tasty and very special Lau mam fish hotpot (200 000 VND). Day 2. Solo guide with Long, highly recommend, booked through the hostel- spring roll and noodle breakfast, fish farm floating village, Cham muslim village, plus lots of information about differences in north and south culture and about different fruits we passed. Price 1 000 000 VND, from 7am-10am. Also helped me with contacting bus for shuttle.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent. They helped me sort out travel arrangements and sort some issues when an ATM took my card over a long weekend leaving me with no money

Friendly front desk. They rent out motorbikes or will give you a bycicle for free to go into town. Rooms at the rear are most silent. Chau Doc is a gem of a city !!

Straight forward accommodation with everything you need

“Quiet and restful after a lot of hectic.”

The room and staff were great. Had everything I needed including hot water. Even though English was minimal we got there with translator apps. The owner lady (who could speak English) tried her best to help me with an airline issue and organised my bus pickup for which I was hugely grateful.

This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations! I have to highlight the helpfulness of the staff and the exceptional cleanliness of my room. Definitely recommended!

The lady who met us at the reception, arranged a boat to Cambodia for us straight away and enabled us to leave this rather uninviting town the next day. It was cheap and booking.com described it as exceptional.
