We did book a double room with two beds. This was very important for us so we did check the photo of the room twice before booking. When we arrived there was only a room with one bed, so we left the hotel without spending the night. In additional the window didn´t shut very good so the noise of the street was relatively loud - the same thing for the room-door. It affected the privacy.

“Absolutely the best place we’ve stayed at in Chattanooga!”
Everyone was very kind and helpful especially given that my mom has mobility issues. They were willing to help us get things to our room and make sure we could access everything.

“Best b and b we’ve ever experienced.”
Great breakfast. Never been to a b and b , however, where owner was not present. Used to being served breakfast by owners and hearing about the history of the house.

Breakfast was great, the innkeeper/manager Sabrina was fantastic and super friendly and helpful, she gave us a tour of the property and gave a little background history of the place.

The historic neighborhood was beautiful with easy access to the city center, the house is beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious and beautifully served. Sabrina, who served us breakfast, was very friendly and helpful.

“Character filled hotel, good location”
Fantastic hotel with character, nice quiet area of Chattanooga - we were in the top floor, lovely room in the eaves with tasteful decor. Nice touch to have free coffee and soda, plus hanging around the communal areas is allowed, which is very pretty

“An Old Mansion With a Fantastic Atmosphere”
We liked the way the owners have kept the style from the old mansion, even though we can see there have been improvements made. The young staff was very attentive and helpful. It was very nice with the fridge with soft drinks.
